As the MD at Grand Towers Limited since March 2023, Mr. Oladapo is an invaluable asset to our team. His prior experiences include roles as a Principal Manager, Financial Consultant at Adept Concepts Limited and Principal Manager, Chartered Accountant at Abiodun Adesoye & Co. Meet Nwanne .E. Ijeh, our accomplished Financial Adviser at Grand Towers Limited. With a stellar background in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit, Treasury, FP&A, IFRS Compliance, Process Engineering, System Implementation, and Project Management, Nwanne is a driving force behind our financial success.

Since joining Grand Towers Limited in 2018, Nwanne has made significant strides. Notably, He skillfully negotiated a forbearance of N600M for an existing credit facility and orchestrated the syndication of a N534 Million credit line to complete a 4-star hotel project in Owerri, Imo state, all backed by a well-crafted business plan. As the top finance executive in our organization, Nwanne reports directly to the MD/CEO and the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors. His responsibilities encompass financial and regulatory reporting, budgeting, performance management, project analysis, tax, treasury, and market/tariff activities.

David Agu

Mr. David Agu is a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong track record in internal audit and controls. With exceptional interpersonal skills and a high level of commitment, he has effectively led result-oriented teams within reputable establishments. Prior to his current role as the Group Head of Internal Audit and Controls with Grand Towers Limited, he served as an Internal Auditor at GMC Logistics Ltd from April 2017. In this role, he demonstrated his proactive problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail by developing and implementing independent control policies and standards covering diverse risks, both financial and non-financial, across the organization.

David’s expertise extends to risk-focused control functions, procurement audits, policy compliance, and operational efficiency enhancement. With a hands-on leadership style, he supervises direct reports, nurtures staff development, and ensures a fraud-resilient environment. Holding a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State, David has further bolstered his skills through certified training programs in fraud prevention, control, detection, and internal control systems. NZE C. DURU

Nze Duru is a law graduate of the Bendel State University (now Ambrose Ali University), Ekpoma, Edo State – Nigeria. He was called to the Bar in 1989 and has attended several management courses including the Chief Executive Program at the Lagos Business School, Competitive strategy and value creation at the University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain, Privatization, Regulatory Reform, Corporate Governance and Management of Political economic reforms at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard.

He was elected into the Federal House of Representatives, Nigeria in 1999 – 2007 and played a key role in establishing the Pension Reform Act, 2004. He served in various capacities, as the Chairman of House Special Committee on Pension Reform Bill, Public Petitions, Privatization and Commercialization of public parastatals as well as the Committee on Housing and Urban Development. He was nominated by the British Government as one of 14 outstanding leaders in Africa and attended Africa Future Leadership Pilot Programme in Manchester, UK.

Nze Duru Chairs several other companies such as Aptics Limited, Correspondence Limited and is a board member of several others. He is also a Principal partner in the law firm of Moka Mezue Okonkwo and Partners.

Stanley is a graduate of Rutgers University (Newark Campus), New Jersey. He has worked as a Financial Analyst for KPMG and Schering Plough.

As a member of the Executive Management, He is the Managing Director of Grand Towers Realty. Focused on businesses related to Commercial Real Estate development, Stanley is ensures Grand Towers Realty delivers Real Estate projects and investments for Grand Towers Plc. He was awarded a Navy Marine Corp Achievement Medal, while enlisted in the US Navy.

Nkonye Duru

Mrs Nkonye Duru is a wife and a lovely mother of 4 children.

 

Graduated with a distinction in Master degrees honours in Architecture from the University of Nigeria (Enugu) with a best graduating student award in BSC Architecture from RSU. Following her career in Architecture, she is a fully registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects(NIA) & Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON). She is currently running a doctorate degree in the University of Liverpool in project management (construction and infrastructure). Also Artificial Intelligence (AI) certified.

 

Aside been an architect, she is a serial Entrepreneur, exploring other business spaces such as Communication,  Hospitality and Fintech.

 

Over years she has designed and supervised notable projects in Port Harcourt, Abuja, Lagos, Bayelsa and Eket. Her architectural works includes the IT Library and Fire station House of Exxon Mobil in Eket, Head Office and Guest House of ELF Petroleum in Port Harcourt, Le Meridian Ogeyi Place Port Harcourt, Mike Adenuga Towers in Victoria Island Lagos State, Niger Delta University Campus, state library Bayelsa, Novare Abuja Mall, several Bon Hotels in Abuja, Ekiti and Nkpologwu etc.

 

She started her work life with Knox Associate then Harcourt Adukeh Associates in Portharcourt and held positions design architect, site supervisor, project architect and studio head. She is presently a Director in Grand Towers Ltd (a holding company to hospitality, communication and fintech businesses), the Principal Partner of Genoou Concepts (her Architectural consultancy firm) and President/Founder Of Demoiselle Charity Organisation (specific to giving orphans education up to tertiary level for the past 25 years.)

 

Immediate past pesident of Federal Capital Territory Aquatic Association (FCTAA) and have taken Aquatic sports to great heights in FCT from grassroot.

 

She  is a recipient of the notable 'Ambassador of Peace award' with  the PEACE UNIVERSAL FEDERATION ; an NGO with special consultative status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council, Nigeria Chapter.

Obi Ugochuku is Managing Partner at GCA Capital Partners, a capital market and public sector development advisory firm. Through GCAs stake in Applied Logic (a financial market data and technology company with ambitions in the fintech space) he leads interventions that enhance market liquidity and mobility . APL has a research relationship with LSEGs data and analytics team as well as a product relationship with Microsofts cloud team.

As adviser to the Nigeria Minister for Environment on Climate Finance Mr Ugochuku was responsible for driving the policy, strategy, and interagency dialogue needed for implementation of the Federal Government of Nigeria’s N150billion (USD414m) Green Bond program. In that role he led the process that resulted in the 1st and second sovereign green bonds out of Africa. The bonds funding projects in the adaptation and mitigation space. He was Lead Adviser, Climate Finance and Strategy for the UK Supported Climate Finance Accelerator Program. In CFAs transition to a private sector entity he was a pioneer Board Member. He leads the Nigeria Cohort of the Climate Safe Lending Network (which includes the Development Bank of Nigeria, the Central Bank of Nigeria & a number of domestic FIs). As Green Finance Adviser to Moroccos GBP1.3b Mohammed VI Fund, he helped draft its Climate Finance Strategy. He is also Chairman of the Climate Change Working Group of the Presidential Initiative on CNG (PiCNG).

Obi worked for many years with the International Finance Corporation (Asia & Africa) and the World Bank’s Global Environment Facility in Washington DC. He has a B Sc in Finance from the University of Nigeria and an MBA (Finance) from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria and an observer for the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA) Green Bond Principles (GBP).
